Book a Pet!

• Pet Supplement at €35.00 per dog per reservation – Please book prior to arrival and adhere to the T&Cs. We are happy and excited to welcome our pet guests - we hope you enjoy your stay and the Pet Welcome Pack! The important things first…
• The Pet Pack. As part of your stay we will provide a bowl, pet cushion, towel, treats and doggy bags for your pet guest. Feel free to bring anything else that makes your pet feel comfortable.
• Mainly the do’s, but also some things to be mindful off… There are a few things to note to make your stay as seamless as possible
• We can cater for small and medium sized breeds, so if you have happened to bring a larger dog please let us know straight away.
• Do enjoy having your pet in the pod with you, please clean as you go, be mindful of the furniture and use the doggy bags/waste bins provided…we want to avoid any additional cleaning or damage charges!
• Please use the doggy towel provided for your pet and not the guest towels.
• We have provided a lovely pet welcome pack, please leave the bowl, cushion and towel in good condition for our next incoming pet guest. Thank you for this.
• Lastly, do tell your other family and friends who are pet lovers about our site and that we welcome pets! If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. (The full guidelines are below)
• PET POLICY We are happy to welcome you and your pet guest. A few things to note to make your stay as seamless as possible:
• Pets can only booked in advance on to the site. After you have made your booking, just add the ‘Pet Supplement’ to your booking. The pod will then be pre-set up for your arrival with the pet pack.
• There is a €35 supplement per dog. Please note this supplement is per reservation. (This fee does not apply to guide dogs or assistive dogs)
• We only allow a maximum of one dog per pod and we have to restrict the size to 30/40lb (small & medium size breed).
• If you require more than one pet please send us an email detailing your requirements. Please note this is for small breeds only and possible maximum 2 pets.
• As the owner you are fully responsible for the behaviour and welfare of your dog whilst on our site. Please ensure you have full control of your dog as we have to be mindful of other guests staying on site too. We welcome the use of crates for your pet during your stay.
• All dogs must be kept on a leash in public spaces for the safety of fellow glampers and are not allowed to run free on the grounds as there may be livestock in the adjoining fields.
• All dogs must be toilet trained
• Dogs must be washed and on flea medication prior to arrival. Pet’s must be up to date with their vaccinations, and we may ask for your pet vaccination booklet.
• Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
• Any additional cleaning or damage will incur a charge
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the pod if leaving the site please take your dog with you.
• Please do not use guest towels in the pod for your dog. We have supplied a complimentary towel for our canine guests or please bring your own
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the pod site grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside bins provided. Any dog mess left behind will result in a fine.
• In extreme cases or if we receive more than two complaints, we may ask you to remove your dog off site if it is causing disturbance to other guests.
• Waste bags are provided in your pod so please use them and keep the site clean for yourself and for others.
• Failure to adhere to all of the above may result in additional charges processed against your booking.
• Certain breeds of animals will not be allowed based upon their inherent demeanour e.g Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and any other breeds deemed dangerous.
• Dog owners are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their dog. All owners should carry personal liability insurance, Belmullet Glamping cannot accept responsibility for any actions taken by your dog during its stay on our pod site. Signing (via the online tick box) during your booking is taken as your declaration of acceptance of the pet policies and procedures.
